About Lorena
I am an integrated therapist and mindfulness teacher with years of experience supporting people through moments of change, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm.
My work is grounded in meditation, breath, and somatic awareness, creating a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported. As a published author, I bring a thoughtful and intentional approach to language and guidance, helping you find clarity in a simple and accessible way.

These sessions are a space for you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
If you are navigating grief, anxiety, or loneliness, it can be difficult to find moments of calm or clarity. Together, we create a steady and supportive space where you can begin to feel more grounded and present.
Through mindfulness, meditation, and somatic and breath awareness, I will guide you step by step—at your own pace—so you can:
• Feel more calm and centered
• Create space from overwhelming thoughts
• Reconnect with your body and breath
• Build simple practices you can use in daily life
You don’t need any prior experience. You don’t need to “do it right.”
You just need to show up.
