About Philippe
RYT200 Diploma of Hatha Yoga teacher carried out in 2019 in Rishikesh with the Sri Sri School of Yoga. Affiliated with the Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching integral yoga for years to my colleagues on stopovers. Asanas, Breathing, Concentration, Meditation.

My teaching method is based on adapting to the needs of my students. Some need to decompress, others need to rebalance, others need to concentrate to succeed in their personal, family, college, high school or work journey. Older people need to rebalance themselves to avoid domestic accidents, to build muscle to feel less fragile and to relax to regain physical and psychological flexibility. People with psychological and / or physical difficulties need to go back up the slope to cope, to regain strength and to regain a taste for simple things and the essentials. Couples in open or latent conflict need to find themselves on neutral ground and regain the energy of hope or find the courage to make their way. People in professional activity spend too much time sitting in front of computers and are often in over-activity caused by multiple restructuring of companies with very demanding managers. They need to find themselves, refocus on the essentials and possibly find a new way to get away from the Burn-out. Young people need to focus on studying and energy to live their very demanding teen life ... At a time when their bodies are changing so much that it is pumping all this energy. With food and sleep often not adapted to these enormous needs. I can help each and everyone to face all their own life challenges. I normally work face to face with one or two students either at home in my garden on sunny days or indoors while respecting barrier gestures, or at home if it is not too far away. Modernity offers us the possibility of operating by Zoom, FaceTime, whatsapp and any other system, even the telephone for breathing exercises. The lessons last a minimum of 1:00 and can go up to 1:30 depending on the days and the time you can devote to it (if it's 20 minutes, it's ok but we're just going to have time to relax a bit. ...)
