I am inspired by the quest to discover who and what are at our essence, and to explore the relationship between reality and consciousness. I taught therapeutic yoga at a senior residence for a year.
I see the benefit of my daily yoga practice. I find calm, peace, and joy within me. I strongly believe in the benefits of self-care and enjoy supporting others in the time they set aside for it.
