About Judith
I am a very experienced coach. After a full-time career in leadership roles I am now able to focus on what I enjoy most - supporting others to reach their goals and achieve their potential. I also bring life experience from outside work as a parent, grandparent and family carer - and all the life transitions that those involve. I have qualifications in business coaching and coaching neurodiverse individuals and am having further training in trauma-informed coaching. I have regular supervision; I am a member of the EMCC and follow their ethical code. I have an up to date DBS and am registered with the update service. I have regular training in adult and child safeguarding. I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

I combine warmth, structure and evidence-based methods to create a coaching experience that is both supportive and transformative. I work through your challenges with you, rather than instructing you. Usually there will be "homework" that arises naturally from our conversation. Ultimately, I can help with tools and frameworks but the difficult work of change falls to you. Examples of issues I can help with are: - feeling stuck in your career and unsure what to do next - navigating redundancy or job insecurity - wanting a 'reset' after a life change such as divorce or bereavement - considering what 'retirement' might mean for you - understanding and working with your neurodiversity - exploring how trauma or past experiences influence your behaviour at work - managing difficult relationships at work or more widely Every person's "storm" looks different. My role is to walk beside you through it - offering tools, insight, support and challenge - until you find your footing again In the first, free session we will talk about what I can offer, how I work and explain confidentiality. I work in 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions, depending on the age and preferences of the individual. I am happy to work with people of all age groups who can manage online conversations
