About Lydia
I am Lydia Gregory, founder of Espai Colibrí. This is more than a place, this is a phylosophy that can be taken wherever you go. We offer a safe space of emotional coexistence where the child can continue being what he is now: FREE.
We understand FREEDOM as the ability that we all have to BE ourselves, without fear, without masks and without pressure, while maintaining respect for others.
The purpose of this space is for the little ones to coexist with sound and music in a natural way and learn to relax and disconnect from the frenetic rhythm. Our intention is to motivate them to accept themselves as they are, stimulating and enhancing their virtues and their essence. This will allow them to live in society knowing that they have the ability to stop and disconnect from "the noise" , to listen to their needs when they decide to do it.
At Espai Colibrí people find a special moment for themselves, learn to express their emotions constructively and share their experiences with others.

Our groups are small (maximum 6 / 7 students per session), in order to give each child the attention and time that they deserve.
-Mistakes are part of the learning proces.
-What really teaches us here, is giving example.
- Communication and the expression of our feelings is vital, so we talk and express how we feel.
-We assume responsibility for our actions.
-We are aware of our personal worth.
-Our differences are our strengths, so no one is discriminated for being different.
- This is NOT a place to learn theory, this is a place where practice is the protagonist.
