About Ojus
I am a professionally trained classical singer, Tabla player, and Harmonium artist with 6 years of teaching experience. I have performed in national competitions and was part of Indian Idol Junior.
My teaching is structured, innovative, and focused on strong fundamentals — vocal practice, rhythm, and musical understanding. I help students not just sing songs, but truly understand them. Over the years, my students have grown into confident and skilled performers.

We focus on building the most important foundation of singing — consistent and correct vocal practice. A strong base helps students develop control, clarity, and confidence. Gradually, we work towards expanding vocal range, improving pitch accuracy, breath control, and tonal quality.
As students progress, we start learning songs step-by-step. I break down complex parts into simple sections so they understand how to approach high notes, transitions, rhythm patterns, and expressions. This method helps them not just copy a song, but truly understand how to sing it. Visible improvement can often be seen within a few weeks.
A usual class includes vocal warm-ups, breathing techniques, range-building exercises, rhythm training (including basic understanding of taal), and practical application through songs (Classical, Western, and Bollywood). Sessions are structured yet enjoyable, with fun and engaging practice techniques to keep learning exciting.
My special focus is on combining technical training with musical understanding, so students grow both skill-wise and artistically.
Classes are open to everyone — beginners to advanced learners, school children, college students, working professionals, and senior music enthusiasts. Anyone with the passion to learn is welcome!
