About Jazz
I’m a certified Master practitioner in energy-based healing and deep relaxation, with over a decade of hands-on experience. I began my practice in 2013, and since then I’ve supported many individuals through emotional heaviness, trauma, grief, breakups, and periods of mental or spiritual overwhelm.
My work is grounded, intuitive, and gentle. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where the nervous system can slow down and the mind can rest. Over the years, many clients have reported feeling lighter, calmer, more focused, and more emotionally balanced after sessions.
I don’t believe healing should be forced or rushed. My role is to support your inner process, allowing relaxation, clarity, and reconnection to happen naturally.
These sessions are not medical or psychological therapy. They are spiritual and relaxation-focused, designed for people who are seeking inner peace, emotional release, and a sense of grounding during difficult life transitions.

If you’re going through emotional heaviness, a breakup, grief, loss, or feeling mentally scattered and disconnected, these sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and breathe again from the inside.
I have been practicing Faradarmani-based healing and relaxation techniques since 2013, working with many individuals who were seeking inner peace, emotional clarity, and a sense of grounding during difficult life phases. Over the years, I’ve supported people who felt overwhelmed, unfocused, emotionally heavy, or spiritually exhausted, and many experienced deep relaxation and noticeable emotional relief.
These are non-invasive healing sessions focused on:
• Emotional release and calming the nervous system
• Deep relaxation and inner stillness
• Supporting people after trauma, heartbreak, or loss
• Helping you regain focus, clarity, and a sense of inner balance
Sessions are gentle, safe, and held in a supportive space where you don’t need to “perform” or explain everything. You simply arrive as you are, rest, and allow the process to support you.
This is not therapy or medical treatment. It is a spiritual and energetic relaxation session designed to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more connected within yourself.
