I believe Siemens PLC, SCADA and HMI should be learned through a combination of strong fundamentals, hands-on practice and real-world industrial applications. My approach is practical and structured, helping learners understand not only how to program but also why a particular solution is used.
Teaching Techniques & Methods
My training typically combines:
Clear explanation of concepts with practical examples
Step-by-step PLC programming and troubleshooting
Hands-on exercises using Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500 and TIA Portal
Ladder Logic programming and industrial control applications
SCADA and HMI configuration with practical scenarios
Project-based learning and application-oriented assignments
Troubleshooting exercises to develop industrial problem-solving skills
Interactive discussions and questions throughout the session
I adapt the depth and pace of training according to the learner's existing knowledge, objectives and professional requirements.
