About Till
I have been a parkour trainer at "Free Arts of Movement" in Munich for 2 years. Before that, I worked as a youth coach at my home club "TSV Landau". During this time, I invested a lot of time in training and trying things out on my own. In addition to parkour, handstand is my passion in sport. I think it is one of the best skills to learn, and not just because you notice progress quickly. It also combines many different physical abilities such as strength, balance, body tension.

I design the training courses and the content individually depending on the interests and requirements of the customers. No matter what age, what physical condition and what motivations, I find the right training for everyone to learn or improve the handstand. In my lessons I use my experience to make the training as varied and effective as possible.
If necessary, strength training / mobility training can also be included. Methods from other areas (mediation, breathing technique, etc.) can also be used to tailor the training as much as possible to the needs of the customer.
