About Lawna

I adhere by the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice that the OCSWSSW outlines for my particular designation in order to remain top tier in professionalism. I have a down to earth personality that only comes with years of working with diverse populations and vulnerable individuals and I have an easy going approach but know how to develop and implement learning plans that you will actually follow with as much independence as possible. The willingness to learn is up to you, the rest will be created for you!

Have questions? I am an open book, and encourage you to really get to know me!

About the lesson

Registered Social Worker with over 13 years working with vulnerable populations across Ontario in various community and social settings. Passion for mentoring and teaching has been recognized over the last 6 years, and has led me to focus more on being an authentic guide in people's journey to unlocking their full potential. I have a systematic way of going about gathering information in our first discovery call in order to make a framework for what I believe will be the best approach for you, and will ultimately allow you to accept or alter the details of that framework accordingly in order to ensure that these lessons are truly about you, and not influenced by anything outside of yourself; I am only here to gently guide you.

Please contact me today to set up a discovery call, and discover how my individual and personalized coaching framework can work for you!

Zaaron's Review:

I first connected with Lawna through a mutual friend during a pivotal moment in my professional life. I was facing challenges in the corporate sector and seeking to embark on a passion project that would truly align with my life's purpose. Lawna's guidance was nothing short of transformative.

Her visionary approach led me through a profound process that reshaped my perspective. I was so impressed that I invited her to collaborate on designing the brand and vision for my not-for-profit venture. Week after week, Lawna has been my steadfast mentor, helping me navigate the highs and lows of this journey.

Under her guidance, I've not only gained valuable tools for personal growth but also learned the art of deepening my understanding of the world around me. Lawna has shown me the importance of listening to my inner calling for fulfillment, rather than being swayed by external pressures or expectations.

In summary, Lawna's coaching has been a game-changer in my life. Her unique blend of expertise, empathy, and wisdom has illuminated my path, and I couldn't be more grateful for the positive impact she's had on my personal and professional journey. Highly recommended for anyone seeking true alignment and purpose in their life.
