About Serhat
I received my trainings from reputable institutions abroad. I continue to improve myself in subjects such as Anatomy-Kinesiology-Training Science. For a long time, I have been creating and applying scientific-based training programs in the fitness industry. My student profile is usually office workers, (Lawyers-Businessmen-Company Managers) and respected individuals. I place great emphasis on mutual trust with my students and I look out for their best interests. One of my basic business ethics is to reflect the cause and effect relationship without exaggeration and marketing, in line with the facts.

Considering the student's needs, I present the most useful motion modeling and method. I usually create a competitive environment in a way that is challenging but not harmful. My classes are suitable for anyone who does not have an extra health problem, or who has a health condition and has received a doctor's approval to exercise. The time of the lessons varies not with the hour, but in how long the person completes the training.
