About Francesca
I teach Odaka Yoga and Dynamic Yoga. I propose ONLINE lessons for those who cannot or do not want to move from their home and for those who cannot attend gyms or yoga studios during this period. I like to lead the student in physical practice without forgetting the attention of everyone inside.

Francesca è un'insegnante competente e molto tecnica. Ha la capacità di far lavorare molto con il proprio corpo entrando in profondità. Sicuramente consigliatissima!
Francesca è una insegnante molto preparata e trasmette, durante le sue lezioni ,tutta la sua passione per lo yoga , è molto attenta ai dettagli e porta naturalmente l’allievo/allieva ad entrare nello spirito dello yoga e crea una atmosfera molto rilassante senza perdere di vista la tecnica che insegna con passione .
