About Sonia
I've been giving cals from 5 years ago and since then I have prepared and accompanied all kinds of performing artists. From children to seniors! I filed this methodology in National Congresses of Therapies Creative and Art in Vitoria, Zaragoza, in the V National Congress of Music Therapy in Barcelona 2014 Days Catalan Music Therapy 2016 Conference Estivales Music Therapy in badajoz 2016. I'm a singer and author active with projects which explore my own musicality and creativity: JAZZUL and Et-Co *. I also work with bands like Blues Band SAM with covers of Blues, Soul and Rock.

I'm Sonia Linares Berroy and I am professional music therapist and singer-songwriter. I offer individual and small group of Creative Release sessions, a methodology development works for the musical and artistic expression of people developing new languages for communication and creative expression opening to their inner potential which includes voice, performing arts, dance , free movement, developing the musical empathy and active listening to optimize the organic and spontaneous creativity. Part of ideas such as relaxation, body elasticity, vocal, primal sounds, communicative games, relational breathing, vocal technique, rhythmic language, empathic attunement to games like "Sound-Speak" that stimulate the sonic communication, free improvisation connecting health with artistic and creative expression and the development of musical creations to choose the partipante according to your tastes! "
