About Kathani
Namaste! I am Kathani. From being a home cook to Master Chef candidate , I have always encourage clean cooking. From recreating classic favorites like "Paneer Tikka" and "Chana Masala" using plant-based ingredients to introducing innovative creations like "Jackfruit Biryani" and "Cashew Cream Malai Kofta," My culinary artistry knows no bounds.
IT Engineer, Chocolatier and Chef, My expertise to eat veggies in a tasty way that you don't get bored for eating again. For me Cooking is Therapy and teaching is always sharing what I have learned.
