About Shravan
As a student myself, I have needed help in humanities-related course, and I never had a proper tutor to help me. Me becoming a tutor is driven by my want to make sure that a student gets the proper help they need. I also love connecting with new people, so talking to me is very easy and I make it my goal to make myself an approachable person in any scenario.
I myself have taken AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Physics C Mechanics, AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism, AP Chemistry, and AP Statistics at my high school and scored 5s on all of those exams.
I have also taken 3 course at my local community college: Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Ordinary Differential Equations
During High School, I was one of the Software Leads in my robotics team and an Event Lead and Officer for Science Olympiad.

WhenI tutor students, I don't just focus on memorizing formulas and helping getting that grade you want in a class. I focus on fundamentals and why everything works. I make sure that the students doesn't just memorize the formula, but understands how it works.
The subjects I teach are mainly high-school level, but I can tutor younger students as well.
A typical lesson plan for my subjects involve a "lecture" where the content is taught, working on practice problems together, and then giving out more problems for you to solve on your own with my guidance. Most of the problems that I assign will force the student to think outside the box which enhances their problem-solving skills when presented with any problem.
When a lesson is taught, there will be very slight expectation of prior knowledge because any prior knowledge that may be needed will be covered during the lecture
