About Margot
Hi! I'm Margot. I grew up in Paris - I'm 24 years old and now live in Sydney. I have always liked to be surrounded by friends from all over the world and loved to share things - including language. I am willing to teach not just the language of France, but the culture from which it has grown, believing that language cannot be understood without some knowledge of the norms and etiquette underpinning it. I see the learning of language as a part of this more general education, and part of what I offer is an introduction to it. I am said to be kind and patient and I'm sure it will be a real pleasure to help you. I can do online lessons as well.

I will assess your level during the 1st lesson, then will adapt my methodology. I cover everything you need to know when learning a new language (grammar, vocabulary, oral expression, writing skills). I try not to focus on grammar only for a whole lesson but prefer incorporating it through playful resources (reading e-book/newspaper, videos, conversation). I can give homework as well.

It's a pleasure to attend Margot's lessons! She is kind, patient and she makes French fun to learn. In just over three months my level of French has improved significantly! Thanks Margot!
I have been getting French lessons from Margot for many years now, and they have become one of my favorite parts of the week. She is often available, patient, and these days she even does lessons online - so it's perfect if you want to stay home.
I recommend French lessons with Margot, and find them great value for money.View more recommendations
