About Sasha-Lee
Hello! My name is Sasha-Lee, and I’m a friendly, patient and dedicated English tutor from South Africa.
I hold a 150-hour TEFL certificate and have a genuine passion for helping people develop their English skills and become more confident communicating in English.
As a tutor, I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable, respected and encouraged. My lessons are relaxed and welcoming, while still being focused on helping you make real progress. I understand that speaking a new language can sometimes feel intimidating, especially when you are worried about making mistakes. My goal is to create a space where you can practise freely, ask questions and build your confidence step by step.
I enjoy helping students with conversational English, everyday communication, vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar. I will adapt our conversations and activities to your level, interests and personal learning goals.
Although I am at the beginning of my professional online teaching journey, I have completed my 150-hour TEFL qualification and am committed to providing every student with a professional, patient and positive learning experience. I am continuously developing my teaching skills so that I can give my students the best support possible.

Welcome! I'm a friendly, patient and supportive English tutor with a 150-hour TEFL certificate. My goal is to help students feel comfortable, build confidence and improve their English skills in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
My teaching approach
I believe learning English should be enjoyable, practical and focused on your individual needs. I use a student-centred approach, with an emphasis on conversation, everyday communication, vocabulary building, pronunciation and grammar. I encourage students to practise at their own pace, ask questions freely and learn from mistakes without feeling embarrassed.

A typical lesson begins with a friendly conversation and a discussion of your learning goals. We then focus on a topic or skill, practise together, and review useful words and corrections. I aim to make every lesson practical, encouraging and tailored to your needs.
Who are my lessons for?
My lessons are particularly suited to beginner and elementary English learners who want to improve their communication skills, practise everyday conversations and become more confident using English. I welcome students who may feel shy or nervous about speaking and who would benefit from a patient, understanding learning environment.
