About Jeevan
I’m an Imperial College London MSci student with a strong academic background in Maths, Further Maths, and Physics. I achieved A*s in Maths, Further Maths, and Physics at A-level, as well as grade 9s in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science at GCSE.
I have been tutoring and supporting students for around 8 years, since completing my GCSEs. I enjoy helping students build confidence in Maths by breaking difficult topics into clear, manageable steps. My teaching style is patient, friendly, and focused on genuine understanding, not just memorising methods.
I tutor GCSE and A-level Maths, including support with exam technique, problem-solving, algebra, calculus, mechanics, statistics, and pure maths.

My lessons are friendly, interactive, and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on building genuine understanding rather than just memorising methods, so students feel more confident when approaching unfamiliar questions.
I usually begin by identifying which topics the student finds difficult, then break them down step by step using clear explanations and worked examples. From there, we move into guided practice, exam-style questions, and problem-solving strategies.
I also like to use Miro during lessons as an interactive online whiteboard. This allows students to work through problems with me in real time, annotate diagrams, organise methods clearly, and keep a visual record of what we have covered. My aim is to make lessons engaging, structured, and confidence-building.
