About Francia
My first experience as a Technology Tutor was at Clackamas Community College (CCC) from 2010-2012. Than as a Mathematic Tutor at CCC for the academic year of 2018-2019. In addition, I am currently tutoring Kindergarten-12 grades (K-12) students Tutor Doctor which I started in 2018. In addition, I briefly worked with two students in Precalculus for Frog Tutoring in 2019.

My teaching methodology is to first gain an understanding on how the student works when solving math problems. For example, does the student learn better by doing or thinking or by me giving visual aids or auditory (listening to me provide instructions). Once I understand how the student works, than I try various ways to assist the student in understanding the material by being able to solve mathematical problems. When I have this down than I use myimaginition and creative mind to use everything I learn to tutor the student in a way that increases his or her success.

Details
Two tariffs I have is that I will charge the students an hour rate if he or she does not cancel the schedule appointment 30 minutes prior to the start time. In additon, I will charge the students an hour rate if he or she has not showed up for our schedule appointment or call to cancel the appointment 20 minutes after the start time.
