About Joanna
I am here for you to offer holistic support and address your needs. I love accompanying personal development, supporting the discovery of potential, and playing with perspectives.
I have worked in a global corporation in the financial sector for over 15 years, where I enjoy collaborating with amazing people in areas such as portfolio management, project management, product management, and team leadership. I also enable solutions that support health and well-being for approximately 120,000 employees.
I am a yogi, certified yoga teacher, certified mental health support practitioner, diversity, equity, and inclusion ambassador, mentor, and certified Reiki practitioner. I find immense joy in dancing, creating art, crafting, singing, dreaming big, self-discovery, learning new things, and connecting with nature and animals.
I hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business management, a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, postgraduate studies in project management based on PMI, and postgraduate studies in process improvement based on Six Sigma.
Currently, I am undergoing coaching training and will complete my ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification next year.

During a coaching session, the focus is on you and your discoveries. I create a safe space where you open up to a broad perspective and explore new possibilities. All this takes place in an atmosphere of care, deep and active listening, presence and partnership.

- in finding the connection with your interior and values, in order to identify the optimal course of action and generate a sense of satisfaction and harmony

What is integral coaching?
This is a focus on achieving goals and building a deeper understanding of oneself, developing awareness and inner harmony. This process involves both external challenges, helping to develop various skills and discovering and transforming limiting beliefs. Integral coaching covers all areas of life and everyday challenges.
