About Richard
Hello, my name is Richard. I am from Kerala, India. I am currently doing my B.Tech in Industrial and Systems Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. My love for math and logical systems led me to prepare for the prestigious IIT JEE and Olympiad examinations. I cracked JEE Mains 2024 with a percentile of 99.92 and an AIR of 1265 and JEE Advanced with an AIR of 3417. I also qualified the Regional Mathematics Olympiad in my 12th standard and had a chance to attempt the prestigious Indian National Mathematics Olympiad. My hobbies are playing basketball and watching movies. I also like learning about any topic that interests me, and most of them involve math. As the famous scientist and my namesake Richard Feynman said, “Study hard what interests you the most in the most undisciplined, irreverent and original manner possible.”

I am not a certified teacher, I am a student myself. Despite that, I am pretty sure I have an on par understanding of pre-college mathematics as I spent a lot of my high school life on it. I also can understand the thought processes going on in the mind of the student and can adjust my teaching style according to it. I know the shortcomings of the school system of education and can produce better results based on my experience.
