About Avishek
I am a final-stage PhD scholar with a strong academic and teaching background. I have been actively involved in teaching, research, and mentoring students at the undergraduate level, helping them build clarity and confidence in core subjects.
My approach to teaching is patient, structured, and concept-focused. I aim to make learning a calm and engaging process.
Along with undergraduate civil engineering subjects, I also enjoy teaching school-level science and mathematics, helping younger students develop strong basics and curiosity towards learning from an early stage.
As a researcher, I bring a disciplined and analytical mindset into my teaching. I emphasize logical thinking, step-by-step problem solving, and real-world understanding of concepts, which helps students perform better academically and gain long-term confidence.
