About Vikash
I am a commerce graduate who completed his MBA from IIM Raipur. I have worked for 8 years and my passion is teaching. Currently i am a fellow with Teach for India where i teach 8th and 9th grade girls in a government school in Delhi. Everyday i learn from my kids and its a wonderful journey.

I strongly believe one should learn concept and not the question. In last one and half year which i have spent in classrooms i have understood our focus is mostly on how to solve a question rather than understanding the concept behind that question. Second aspect of my teaching is to relate what we learn in classroom to the real life context to make a connection with what we learn.
