About Kate
I’m an accredited mindset and wellbeing coach with over 20 years’ leadership experience across media, travel and tech. I specialise in supporting women through moments of change, uncertainty or transition - helping them build confidence, emotional resilience and positive habits that support both wellbeing and performance. My approach is warm, practical and grounded in evidence-based tools. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or ready for a reset, I offer a compassionate space to help you find clarity and feel more like yourself again.

My lessons are calm, supportive and tailored to each woman I work with. Although they’re called “lessons” here, they are really 1:1 coaching sessions designed to help women build confidence, strengthen their mindset, unlock beliefs, create a vision & goals, reduce stress and feel more grounded in everyday life and work. I use simple wellbeing practices, reflective exercises and practical tools that make change feel manageable and personal. Sessions are usually 60 minutes and suitable for women of all ages and levels. With ICF coaching accreditation, YTT training and over 20 years’ leadership experience, I offer a warm, structured space for you to explore what you need and move forward at your own pace.
