About Matthew
I'm a hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and life coach and I'm fully licensed, qualified and insured to do so. I've worked with over 600 people for weight loss and well over 7000 people in total for things such as stopping smoking, gambling, alcohol misuse, stress, anxiety, depression, motivation, insomnia, phobias and fears of spiders, needles, heights and more fears, with life coaching for life and career changes, also helping with nail biting, tric, tics, tourette's many other things - its probably best to ask me
