About Urtak
I’ve been involved in sport from a young age, with experience across football, basketball, tennis, swimming, boxing and strength training. Having trained with coaches since the age of 5, I’ve developed a strong understanding of movement, performance and how to adapt training for different ages, abilities and confidence levels.
I’ve coached clients ranging from young children to older adults, and I understand that everyone starts from a different place. My aim is to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, confident and motivated while working towards their goals.
Coaching is something I’m genuinely passionate about, and my purpose is to make a positive long-term difference in people’s lives by helping them become stronger, healthier and feel better both physically and mentally.

Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving mobility or learning Olympic lifting, sessions are structured to help you progress safely and confidently.
I focus heavily on technique, movement quality and long-term progression to help clients not only look better, but move and perform better too. My approach is realistic, supportive and designed to build sustainable results that last.
