About Rhi
Hi there! My name is Rhi and I'm excited to help you achieve your goals. I'm a graduate teaching student majoring in Humanities and TESOL, fluent in French with a background in linguistics, German, and Chinese. I've assisted fellow students as an English language group facilitator, and in one-on-one French lessons. I absolutely love teaching, and I hope to make it my life-long career.

My teaching practice depends on the individual and their goals.
For earlier learners (grades 7-10), I give more guidance and structure. If they are struggling with assignments or homework, I will walk them through the tasks and assist where needed. If they are needing help with themes and content of a particular subject, I will go through their class materials with them and prepare extra resources.
For older learners, (grades 11-12), I allow the student to direct their own learning. What is their goal for our tutoring sessions? How will we run our sessions? Each student has their own set of learning needs and I'm here to facilitate their learning.
