I am very fond of the active recall process and I hope to implement it in my teaching style. I would like my students to enjoy the subject and not worry about memorising it as much.

I know Mohona since last few years, she has a good grasp of her subject ( Biology) and she has also shown exceptional skill in explaining complex concepts in a simplistic manner. This quality would help her to be a good teacher.Hope she would match upto the requirement of your organisation. .
She is kind, patient and has great depth of the subject. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone with academic depth as well as the ability to simply and explain the subject matter in a lucid manner.
