About Rab
I am a hardworking student who understands the struggles others face in mathematics. I also know how challenging schoolwork and exams can feel, especially in mathematics, and I want to make that process easier for younger students. By sharing strategies that have worked for me, breaking problems into smaller steps, practicing regularly, and staying positive I can help students feel less overwhelmed and more capable. This is important for me as I understand how important it is that students get the help they need to succeed in their studies.

I take a student-focused approach, tailoring each lesson to the learner’s level, goals, and learning style. I am able to explain concepts in clear, step-by-step ways, using simple examples and visual aids to make ideas easy to understand. Lessons include a mix of concept explanation, guided practice, and review, so students not only know how to solve problems but also why the method works.
My standard lessons are 60 minutes but this can be adapted for younger students in primary school, sessions can be 30–45 minutes to suit their attention span. For exam or assessment preparation, I can also run 90-minute sessions if extra time is helpful.
I am currently a Year 12 student studying Mathematics Advanced, with strong results across my subjects. I have experience helping classmates and younger students, explaining concepts in an approachable way that makes sense to them. Being a current student myself, I understand the challenges of schoolwork and exams, and I share study tips and problem-solving strategies that work in practice.
My lessons are for primary school students and high school students. For primary school students I help build strong foundations in maths and general study habits. For high school students (Years 7–11) I support with classwork, assignments, and exam preparation in mathematics. Lessons are suitable for students who want to improve their grades, boost confidence, or get ahead in their studies.
