About Elle
I believe etiquette is less about memorizing rules and more about understanding people, confidence, timing, and presence. The way someone carries themselves can completely change opportunities, relationships, and first impressions. Small details matter.
My background is in hospitality, fine dining service, restaurant leadership, and guest experience management, where communication, professionalism, and social awareness were part of everyday life. I learned quickly that people remember how you make them feel.
I take a modern and realistic approach to etiquette coaching. Nothing forced.
Rather than teaching students to sound scripted or overly formal, I help them develop confidence that feels natural in professional, social, and everyday situations, whether that involves interviews, networking, dining etiquette, conversation skills, or simply feeling more comfortable in different environments. Authenticity always reads stronger than performance.
Students often appreciate that my teaching style is approachable, observant, and direct. I pay attention.
I understand that many people already know basic manners, but they may still feel uncomfortable in higher-pressure situations or uncertain about how to present themselves professionally without losing their personality. That is where confidence and awareness come together.
My goal is to help students become more comfortable, polished, and socially aware while still feeling like themselves. Real confidence lasts longer.

Most people already know basic manners. The real challenge is learning how to walk into a room, a dinner, an interview, or a professional situation and feel comfortable without pretending to be someone you are not. That is what I teach.
My background comes from years in hospitality, fine dining, restaurant leadership, and high-pressure guest environments where presentation, communication, timing, and confidence directly affected outcomes every single day. Small details change everything.
I teach etiquette in a modern and realistic way. Not old-fashioned.
Lessons are built around real situations people actually face, including interviews, networking events, business dinners, social anxiety, conversation skills, professional image, dining etiquette, confidence building, and understanding how to read different environments without losing your own personality in the process. People respond to authenticity.
A typical lesson is interactive and conversational. No stiff scripts.
Some students want to feel more polished in professional settings, while others want help navigating upscale environments, improving communication, or developing stronger presence and confidence in everyday life situations where first impressions matter more than people admit. Energy speaks first.
What sets me apart is that I teach from lived experience, not theory alone. I understand people.
I have worked with guests, executives, creatives, difficult personalities, luxury environments, and fast-moving service cultures where emotional intelligence and social awareness mattered just as much as technical skill. Etiquette is psychology.
These lessons are for adults, students, hospitality professionals, creatives, and anyone who wants to move through professional or social spaces with more confidence, awareness, and ease. Presence changes opportunities.
