About Grace
Hello future students!
My name is Grace, and I graduated in 2021 from Nipissing University with a BA Honours Specialization in English with a minor in History.
I am currently enrolled at Nipissing's Schulich School of Education and am currently completing my 2nd year of teacher's college with my two teachable subjects in English and History.
I'll be starting my M.Ed in Education in the fall.
I enjoy creative writing, reading, and teaching. I look forward to helping you build your writing strength.

For Grades 7-12:
For essay writing, we will discuss common essay problems and how to avoid them, we will work to develop skills in creating an effective plan/outline for essays, learn how to develop a strong thesis and how to create and develop strong writing points as well as how to research effectively.
We will also work on grammar, punctuation, essay formatting, and proper essay "flow" (staying on topic, connecting paragraphs to thesis and topic sentences, etc.)
For creative writing, such as narrative writing for school, we will discuss the characteristics of narrative writing, how to develop a plot (strong beginning, middle, and end), proper formatting, as well as, grammar, punctuation, and how to edit properly.
