About Cynthia
I am a Business administration professional with Accounting major and with Masteral degree. Having been in the corporate world for over 10 years, gave me the opportunity to hone my skills in the areas of administration,customer service and purchasing. At the same time, I was able to manage a small business of my own for at least a year in the retail industry. That's where I started to see the inclination to lead. For me, the satisfaction was not merely the monetary part but the opportunity to help others help themselves. This is when my teaching skills came in. Also, I am a certified Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages. Presently, I've been private tutoring a primary student since August 2018 not only academically but also provide a psychological method of teaching to motivate my student's learning path.

My teaching methodology is based on a practical basis. Being flexible plays a vital role as a Mentor. There are ways to manage a difficult student. It is not easy if we take it personally. As well, It is never easy to deliver whatever lesson you have planned ahead of time if you don't give room to understand where the behaviour of a difficult student is coming from. Collaborating with people around them is essential to formulate the type of teaching method you need to deliver as an educator. In other words, understanding my student is my priority before I am capable to teach effectively.
