I am most comfortable with teaching with a practical cum theoretical approach to the saxophone. It helps people to learn both and develop a holistic sense of what it means to play the instrument well. I am happy to teach anyone over the age of 8 because the lessons are approx. 35-40 minutes and require a concentrated effort. I aim to make learning the instrument fun and exciting so that students will begin to love learning music! It is so important for the betterment of emotional and mental health of the student.
The method book I will be using is the Essential Elements book 1 for beginner students.

Perfect! Abigail has been kind to accommodate Pacific timings. I overheard my son learning and giggling during classes... he is studying music, its semantic, and melody - all while having fun... I highly recommend Abigail
