About Hollie
Over 7 years full time tutoring experience*
Cambridge University Graduate. Masters in Neuropsychology.
Worked as Assistant Psychologist in NHS specialising in neuropsychological assessment.
Since graduating from university I have worked as a private tutor full time for the past 7 years. I was the first person in my family to go to university so I love to inspire other students that they too have the potential to succeed. I gain great job satisfaction by seeing my students grow in confidence with their studies.
I am experienced to tutor students of all ages and capabilities. My tutoring style is friendly and down to earth, whereby I often use everyday examples to make the subject more relatable and interesting. I also often incorporate past exam questions and add this incrementally to increase the confidence of my students.

I can’t recommend Hollie enough. I really struggled with maths but as the weeks went on my confidence grew. She is friendly, patient and was always well prepared with different exam papers. If I didn’t understand something she would find a different way of explaining it to me until I got it.
