About Kendra

As a student of holistic nutrition and herbalism, I provide up to date and relevant resources for your individual needs. With teaching and coaching experience, I will format resources to suit a variety of learning styles.

I provide advice, lessons, and consultations to anyone wishing to learn more about how food is medicine, using herbs to supplement or as an alternative to conventional medicone and to debunk many myths of what the best diet is. I focus on nutrition for the individual and how herbal preparations can compliment a nutritional protocol and encourage healing. I pay special attention to the health of a female preconception, throughout pregnancy and the postnatal and breastfeeding period. I have experience with sports and fitness nutriton. I will share my knowledge for children's nutrition, from infant to introducing solids, to a growing child. I provide advice and plans on weaning babies to minimize food sensitivities. I educate others about a traditional foods diet and encourage everyone to make a transition from today's standard diet.
