About Hannah
I am a licensed fitness trainer and nutritionist, and I want to inspire and motivate you to integrate small, positive changes with a big impact into your lifestyle and daily routine.
In addition to my general passion for sports, health, and nutrition, it was especially my autoimmune disease a few years ago that pushed me to dive deep into nutritional and health sciences from a holistic perspective. Through an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle, I was not only able to stop taking my medication, but I am now fitter and stronger than ever—no more afternoon slumps, annoying inflammations, or digestive issues. And if I can do it, you can do it too! :)
