About Krisson
Always striving for personal growth, I have used a wide range of coaches and mentors in my life.
I have got to do some great things my life including:
My personal life - travelled to over 50 countries, been a food blogger and instagram influencer, built amazing relationships
My financials - invested in stocks and property and become highly financial literate
My career - working all around the world, becoming a Director at PwC, winning awards, writing leading articles published in major publications
My body and mind - working out 6-7 days per week, eating 6-8 fruit and veg per day, using meditation and yoga to grow
I want to help others to do the same. My aim is to help other people, I will give you three coaching sessions for free where we will get to know each other and ensure this is the right fit. Then after that I want to make the pricing suitable for you, so that we can build a relationship and I can provide mentoring / coaching that is right.

Making lasting change is hard! Whether it be our relationships, our lifestyle, our mind, our body, our finances or our work (the 6 pillars of life), we need to think about all the components of ourselves to make real change. Like in any ecosystem, changing one part of our self to achieve an outcome will have an impact on another, I therefore believe it is crucial to have a holistic approach to your personal growth journey.
My approach for our first few lessons is simple:
1. I will get to know you by looking at the 6 pillars of life and create goals to get you to where you need to get to
2. I provide you with insights and a plan that will help you to achieve your goals
3. I will provide coaching and guidance that will enable you to succeed in your personal growth journey
