About Brigitte
I'm a holistic coach, mentor and teacher, with more than 20 years of experience, in self-development, self-expression and somatic / therapeutic yoga. In the project "Retrouver sa Voie" / "Reclaim your Path/yourself" Previously a professional actress in Quebec (Conservatoire d'art dramatique of Mtl), I devoted the past 15 years of my life to fully dive into and study the human psyche and body. I have many titles and diplomas (yoga therapist, etc), but the knowledge that I gained comes from direct experience, my inner journey (I meditate 3 hours + 1 hour yoga per day), and years of teaching. I do 1 on 1 coaching, and offer a safe space where the person can discover themselves, heal and grow. I also offer group workshops, formations and retreats, with a unique approach that respects your own nature and karma and helps align it. If you are sensitive and profound, and you encounter a phase of transition, or feel something missing in your life, that you need to reconnect to yourself and pass to the next level, it will be my pleasure to accompany you on your journey. I offer one-on-one Cycles of coaching (online or in person), to help you better understand yourself, integrate your life, your unique baggage, navigate with more consciousness in your life, not in a concept, but anchored in your reality, to make better peace with it. With a holistic approach, I'll give you the knowledge, the support and the tools to reconnect to yourself and learn to come in touch with your body, anchoring yourself, conscious relaxation, help you with your intensity, fire, relationships, etc. And see clearer, to make better choices, learn to respect yourself, what is self-love, put boundaries, in order to walk a life of integrity, aligned with who you are. I adapt to your need and reality, working hand in hand with a somatic practice powerful and life-changing. The cycles of coaching are of either 3, 5 or 8 sessions, 1h30 each. Either online (it allows to do the deep work also through visio) or in person (I'm currently located in Montreal). It will be my pleasure to work with you.
