About Kim
Hi, I'm Kim.
I'm a consultant who's worked at one of the world's leading architecture practices. I coach people who want to take control of their careers, whether that's landing the first role, changing direction, or making their mark.
A couple of years ago I wrote that I wanted to become a changemaker, in whatever capacity that meant in my industry. Helping others do the same is part of my mission. Here's how I can help:
• Getting clear on where you're headed and what's actually in the way
• Shaping your CV, LinkedIn and portfolio into one story instead of three
• Seeing your work the way the people reading it do
• Getting your momentum back when the process has worn you down
• Thinking further ahead, so opportunities start finding you
Every session is built around where you are right now. No generic advice or templates that could apply to anyone.

Together, we'll first work out what you need, what you feel is missing, and how I can best support you. From there, I'll build a holistic plan around your goals, not a standard template, to help you reach your potential in your career.
This is for you if you're:
- a student or graduate who knows what they're capable of and just needs that extra push to land the role
a professional in transition, whether you're unsure where you stand or already on your way and want momentum
- a design or architecture professional trying to make your mark
- a self-starter who wants to be a changemaker
In the first session, you tell me everything you've been trying, I tell you what I actually see, and you leave with the confidence of knowing you're already on your way, with just one focused hour together.
For you, that might mean building your personal brand, sorting your CV, LinkedIn and portfolio so they tell one great story, or finding the motivation to get going again when the process has worn you down.
If you're in architecture, I go deeper. I've worked at Foster + Partners, so I know first-hand how much your portfolio, CV and personal brand matter.
The same goes for any creative field, or any role where creativity is part of the job. In the age of AI, how you position yourself creatively matters more than ever.
Once things are moving, we look further ahead on how to position yourself. Whether you want to become a known name in your field or finally start that side project, I believe taking control of your luck is half the battle.
