About Paola
I am a holistic artist, educator, and lifelong learner passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adults, older adults, artists, and diverse communities in Colombia, Mexico, and Canada. As a Reiki Master and an internationally certified facilitator in holistic approaches, including Resonance Repatterning and Círculo de Realización Personal (CRP), I am committed to offering compassionate, personalized, and meaningful guidance.
I believe that every person has the inner resources to grow, heal, and thrive. My role is to create a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment where each individual can move at their own pace and discover new possibilities for well-being and personal transformation.

As the founder of Moving Energy, a space for movement, well-being, and transformation, I offer personalized sessions through a holistic artistic approach. Every person is unique, and so is every session. My approach goes beyond teaching techniques. I integrate mindfulness, conscious movement, dance pedagogy, and holistic well-being practices to help adults better manage stress, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater balance in their everyday lives.
My sessions are experiential, interactive, and tailored to each person's goals, needs, and pace. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve body awareness, reconnect with your inner resources, or simply create a meaningful moment of well-being, I will guide you with kindness and professionalism.
With a Master's degree in Dance Pedagogy and over 25 years of international experience in education, the arts, and holistic practices, I create a safe and welcoming space where movement becomes a pathway to greater presence, self-awareness, resilience, and personal transformation.
According to each person's needs, I may also integrate approaches such as Reiki and Resonance Repatterning to support a deeper process of self-awareness and transformation.
