About Gopal
I am a certified Yoga Teacher. I have done • Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) and Bachelor's degree in Yogic Science from a very reputed university (SVYASA Bangalore), • Master's in Yoga from one and only National Institute of Yoga of India (MDNIY New Delhi). I'm conducting both individual and group classes from 4 years with a yogic holistic approach, both offline and online. • Active volunteer for conducting personality development course for children.

In today's world relaxing mind is more important and I have special relaxation techniques to practice which are not available in public domain. They will be very helpful for you.

What a true yogi he is. His techniques to practice advance asana and pranayama are very clear and effective. Im practicing with him for last 3 months . He helped me in treating my back pain and frozen shoulders.
I have learnt yoga from Him(Gopal Sir).He just not only taught about body flexibility but also what we should eat,when to eat and how to maintain our self-discipline.Earlier i couldnt do even one yoga asana but now can do many with the help of him.
He is very polite and disciplined. He really helped me to reduce my weight and bought my diabetes to normal. The best thing is, he makes complex things into very easy way. Would highly recommend him.
