My name is Dr. Ayesha Aslam, With a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and over 10 years of teaching experience at esteemed universities and educational institutions, I bring a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and expertise to the role. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to creating engaging learning environments, developing curricula, and fostering the academic and professional growth of students. I currently teach multiple diploma programs in Education and Training and Business Management in Dubai, and I am confident that my background in management, coupled with my passion for teaching, will allow me to contribute positively to your institution. Furthermore, I am proficient in English with an IELTS band score of 8, ensuring effective communication with diverse academic and professional communities.
