I hold a dual B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Alabama and have extensive tutoring experience across a wide range of subjects. During my undergraduate studies, I served as a teaching assistant for courses such as Precalculus and Finite Math, and I led multiple tutoring sessions in mathematics, physics, and logic. I later earned a Master of Science in Applied Economics and am currently pursuing an M.A. in Philosophy at Holy Apostles College and Seminary.
In addition to my academic background, I bring several years of professional experience in banking and finance. I've worked as a branch operations manager at Wells Fargo and as a reverse engineer at Computershare, focusing on financial modeling and mortgage-backed securities. These roles sharpened my ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts clearly and effectively. Whether helping students with algebra, economics, or critical reasoning, I aim to foster both understanding and confidence through a thoughtful, personalized approach.
