About Maria
Hello! I’m Maria, a qualified Spanish with over ten years’ experience teaching students of all ages and levels. I hold a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish Language and Culture from the Pontifical University of Salamanca and a First-Class Honours Degree in Journalism and Social Communication.
My lessons are communicative, cultural, and tailored to each learner’s goals — from everyday conversation to business Spanish.
I create a warm, friendly atmosphere where students feel comfortable speaking and gaining confidence. Learning with me means exploring not only the Spanish language, butt also its rich European culture in a fun and engaging way.

I have been teaching Spanish to adult learners of different nationalities and professional backgrounds since 2012. My experience includes all levels, from complete beginners (A1) to advanced and proficiency students (C1–C2). I have taught both individual and group classes, with groups ranging from 2 to 12 students.
In my lessons, I focus on developing the four main language skills — speaking, listening, reading, and writing — always emphasizing oral communication and cultural immersion. I create personalized programs according to each student’s goals, whether for general communication, travel, business purposes, or academic needs.
My adult students particularly appreciate my interactive, patient, and motivating teaching style, which helps them gain confidence and achieve real fluency in Spanish.
