About Josie
I am working on a History degree at the University of Bristol, I have previous experience tutoring English, History and Philosophy with students achieving impressive results and showing definite improvement. Studying History at degree level not only allows me to practise the skills learnt in these subjects, but it also provides me with a greater insight into the different methods of teaching and the skills required to write the perfect essay.

My teaching method is systematic and engaging. I am quick to spot areas that students struggle with and will find enjoyable and easy ways to overcome these difficulties. I will condense and summarise the key points that they need to learn whilst enabling them to gain a thorough understanding (and hopefully enjoyment) of the subject.
