About Harriet
I have just finished my first year as a History student at the University of Cambridge. I have always had a passion for writing and am eager to go into education after I graduate because I enjoy communicating ideas and have always found it rewarding in the past. In truth, I also miss studying English Literature so am eager to reconnect with the subject and pass on some of my enthusiasm!

I will start by getting an understanding of where you are at, so be prepared to say how your recent exams or mocks have gone (if applicable) and what you personally are struggling with. I will then make that area our focus and assist by discussing various texts and language/linguistic techniques, alongside reading any written work. I am incredibly flexible and more than happy to change focus if another issue becomes apparent or students want to develop skills in another area of English.
