My teaching method involves a research based compilation of class notes along with the recommended text books by the board. I like to approach the topic with actual and life based scenarios rather than mugging up the details mentioned. I believe if the student relies on research based notes for exams it adds to the benefit of a very well phrased and structured answer and as people have common belief that arts is all about mugging up the details the student does not end up a mugging worm. Shaping young minds seems like a very responsible task training them with an overview of the world as art is the mirror of the society a student's ideals can be shaped via figures and events in history. I have a prior experience in teaching pre children as I was associated with an NGO. I would prefer teaching pre to 12th all arts subjects. for graduation level if allotted only HISTORY.
