About Clare
I have been tutoring for over a year and have taught a total of 6 students, each of whom have seen a significant increase in their academic results. My relevant experience spans face-to-face and online tutorials with both primary and high school students! I am highly proficient in mathematics have achieved straight A+’s in the subject for over 3 years now.

In my Maths tutorials, I value and prioritise fundamentals in an attempt to ingrain strong foundational knowledge so students can feel comfortable moving onto more complex problems. I also emphasise importance of revision of content to develop good habits for later years. I work with all students at their own pace, implementing structured tutorials tailored to their learning so that they build the confidence to problem solve independently.
I am highly proficient in English and can offer excellent essay writing tips pertaining to argument structure, content and analytical vocabulary. Moreover, for English, I can also provide valuable tutoring for text analysis and understanding and unpacking of themes and concepts, enabling students to feel more confidant in the subject.
