About Tapsi
As a teacher, my role is highly critical in the student's success and failures. My philosophy is extremely simple and based on three important elements, which are easy to follow and leaves an ever-lasting impression on my students, these are:
Attitude- Maintaining a positive attitude throughout my lectures and interactions, teaching is not just a job for me it's more about caring for my students, willing to take risks and encourage you for the same-no learning without being creative, ever ready for learning and sharing my knowledge.
Behaviour- Preparedness, thorough knowledge of the subject, is an important element of my teaching. I believe, teaching is a two-way process and there is an immense scope of improvement. With my 5+ years of experience as a PhD, I assure you to give thorough, accurate and comprehensive knowledge of the subject.
Communication- Throughout my career, I have interacted with subject peers, students and academic staffs and this allowed to grow as an effective communicator. With this ability I know how to effectively deliver my lectures and remove any road blocks that comes your way.

My teaching methodology is highly interactive and I use a variety of online tools whether it's an animation or a short video clip to develop interset and understanding of the subject in a fun manner yet effective manner.
My lesson plans not only encompasses the curriculum designed for the particular grade but, being a researcher I believe in incorporating current trends in the given topic, to help my student in pursuing Biology for advanced studies with utmost confidence.
I am not the best teacher but certainly a different and unique one and it will reflect in my teaching style. My lesson plans are highly catered as per the students' need and learning potential. I give a plenty of scope to ask questions and move with the student's pace, whenever require. Relationship-building is an essential component of my teaching style.
I can confidently share my knowledge with middle school, high school and graduate students.
