About Tracy
I'm passionate about helping people build their confidence and make change happen; coaching has always given me high job satisfaction! Over 20 years, I have built a wide range of specialist areas, and I consistently challenge my own development as well as building my knowledge.
I'm also keen to make coaching a safe space. The process is completely confidential and I particularly welcome neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients - I'm looking forward to learning with and from you. Years of feedback says that I'm reassuring to talk to, calming and a safe pair of hands.

Coaching is all about what works best for you. We work together to identify the steps forward towards your goal and how to overcome obstacles, tapping into your unique motivation. I might offer information and suggest an exercise or technique, but you lead the way: coaching is supportive and not about telling you what to do. I trust that you have the answers and I help you to find them.
Sessions are usually 55 minutes & online for ease of timing and privacy. In person possible in Bristol area. The length of a coaching series depends on the goal and progress made: allow for 1-6 as an average.
I am experienced and qualified in: coaching, career development, personal training, yoga and nutrition coaching, intimacy and relationships. I also work with creatives, being a writer and photographer myself. I've worked as a coach and trainer in private practice and with major companies, including advertising agencies, law firms and universities. I hold a PhD in English Literature, am a qualified higher education teacher and have presented for TV and podcasts.
Over 18s welcome. Because coaching is about moving forward, you don't need any prior experience of what you want to, just an open mindset, enthusiasm and the commitment to the process. Initial 30 minute consultation free - we need to be sure we suit each other.
